DELIVERY

We guarantee customer satisfaction, if your product is damaged it will be our pleasure to file a claim with the designated carrier and return an item to you in good condition.

The delivery method chosen by default is a fast and economical method.

However, if the carrier is present and you are absent when delivered and the package is returned to us, the customer (YOU) will have to pay the return and shipping costs to obtain your package again. If you ask that your package be left without a signature, you release Thehealtea from any liability in the event of theft or loss of the package. RETURN & REFUND

We guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of the same value may be considered (SUBJECT TO THEHEALTEA'S AUTHORIZATION), however no refund is allowed. The return of the item(s) is at the customer's expense. We accept exchanges for a period of 10 days following the purchase. The item must be returned in its original sealed condition. Any damaged or opened product will not be exchanged or refunded. An administration fee of $3.00 CAD for Canada and $5.00 CAD for other countries will be applicable to all items returned for sale on the THEHEALTEA store.
